- Acts as a thought partner to clients, building trust and finding ways to expand their use of Legora.
- Owns the client relationship with Customer Success, from early pilots through onboarding to firm wide adoption.
- Represents the voice of the client inside Legora, feeding insight into product development and roadmap priorities.
- Delivers clear, confident product demos and training.
- Documents best practices and helps build scalable playbooks.
- Helps clients weigh the ROI of AI and map its impact across practice areas.
What you need
- Has a background in law, at a top tier firm or in house legal team.
- Is tech curious and comfortable discussing technology such as generative AI.
- Communicates clearly with both lawyers and engineers, bridging the two.
- Brings structure to ambiguity and can juggle multiple client relationships at once.
