- Build customer relationships, address pain points and find valuable expansion uses.
- Own the relationship with Customer Success across pilots, onboarding and firmwide adoption.
- Bring user insights into product development, roadmap priorities and direction.
- Deliver product demonstrations and training.
- Document best practices and build reusable playbooks as the function grows.
- Help customers evaluate AI ROI and impact across legal practice areas.
What you need
- Legal background with experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house legal team.
- Technology curiosity and product understanding, including technical conversations about generative AI, implementation and productivity. Coding is not necessarily required.
- Clear communication across lawyers, engineers and varied stakeholders.
- Structure ambiguous problems and remain credible in a fast-moving environment.
- Evaluate and improve existing processes using emerging technology.
- Proactive, self-directed work while managing several customer relationships.
- Care about quality while delivering and improving the work over time.
