Responsibilities
- Lead filing, office-action, opposition and appeal workflows with international law firms.
- Propose trademark filing and OA-response strategies and own execution and reporting.
- Analyze complex-case legal risks and advise clients and internal teams.
- Improve the overseas trademark platform and operational efficiency.
What you need
- 3+ years of outgoing overseas trademark practice at law/patent firms, patent offices or corporate IP teams.
- Practical filing, office-action response and opposition/dispute-procedure experience.
- Effective collaboration with clients and overseas representatives.
- Full-time in Seoul with six-month probation; PDF applications, flexible 8-10am starts and two remote days weekly. Applicants need not meet every criterion.
Good to have
- Multi-country strategy, multi-region projects and government-supported programs.
- Advanced invalidation/cancellation dispute procedures.
- Other IP such as design/copyright, and global brand/retail clients.
- IP-process improvement or document automation experience or interest.
