- Support customer onboarding, prompting, evaluation and fine-tuning; build industry applications and production integration from pre-sale through implementation with researchers, AI and product engineers.
What you need
- Fluent English and Korean; a PhD or master’s in AI or data science; at least five years as a technical contributor to AI products.
- Fine-tuning, advanced RAG and agentic techniques, deep ML/LLM knowledge, NLP deployment and API/frontend/backend integration; Python, PyTorch, LangChain, vector databases and clear technical communication.
Good to have
- Open-source LLM contributions and customer-engineering, FDE, SE, SA or TPM experience are preferred.
