- Build foundational APAC people operations across payroll, EoR, onboarding, contracts, HRIS, employee queries, visas, benefits, compliance, vendors and process improvement.
What you need
- Eight to fifteen years of progressive HR experience, deep Singapore employment-law knowledge, multiple APAC markets such as Korea, Australia, India and Japan, and payroll, tax, EoR and HRIS experience.
- Singapore citizenship or Permanent Residency is required due to visa constraints. Seoul and Australian/Japanese alternate locations or relocation are stated alongside that eligibility condition.
