- Build critical customer AI hands-on, mentor engineers, design models and architecture, connect research/product feedback and develop senior customer relationships.
What you need
- At least ten years as an AI technical contributor; AI/data-science PhD/master’s or a self-made route; fluent English and native Korean.
- Fine-tuning, advanced RAG/agents, deep ML/LLM, cloud infrastructure, deployment to a large user base and clear technical explanation; combine team leadership with hands-on individual contribution.
Good to have
- Open-source LLM work, FDE/Staff engineering/MLE/Staff data science and former founder or early member of a fast-growing company are preferred.
