- Lead applied research execution and customer scoping while contributing to training, evaluation, tools, multimodal models and agents. Connect executives, customers and teams and develop team culture.
What you need
- Fluent English and Korean; technical leadership of AI science/engineering teams alongside individual contribution; PyTorch/JAX expertise, large codebases, performant fault-tolerant Python and demonstrated accomplishment.
- Autonomous judgment, low ego, collaboration and eagerness to learn are required.
Good to have
- A relevant PhD/master’s is preferred, with exceptional different backgrounds accepted. Founder/building experience, team culture, research breadth, large-scale code, publications and typing/tests/CI are preferred.
