Responsibilities
- Leads complex, cross-functional CTV programs from problem definition through launch and post-launch review.
- Turns business goals into a roadmap, milestones, and execution plans together with product and engineering teams.
- Coordinates identity, measurement, reporting, and platform work to improve the CTV experience.
- Sets up planning and communication routines between Seoul and other offices so teams stay aligned.
- Surfaces risks and trade-offs and uses influence to move decisions forward.
- Connects launch plans to real performance metrics and uses data and feedback to improve products and ways of working.
What you need
- Has led complex technical programs spanning product, engineering, data or machine learning, infrastructure, finance, or go-to-market teams.
- Has three or more years of technical program or engineering management experience.
- Has five or more years working directly with software, cloud, or data engineering teams.
- Holds a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field.
- Communicates well in written and spoken English with colleagues and leaders across regions.
Good to have
- Has worked as a technical program manager, product manager, or engineer in a technical leadership role.
- Has experience in ad tech, DSPs or SSPs, measurement, identity, CTV or OTT, streaming, commerce, or large-scale data platforms.
- Has connected business outcomes like revenue, cost, activation, quality, or reliability to technical execution.
- Has worked across US and APAC teams or in a globally distributed organization.
