- Owns the full logistics of in-person training events, from venue and room setup through catering and on-site tech.
- Keeps scheduling, invitations, reminders, and learner communications accurate.
- Runs each session as the event host, operating platforms like Zoom and the LMS and driving live engagement through polls, Q&A, and breakouts.
- Follows facilitation guides and scripts to deliver content at a consistent quality and supports facilitators and subject matter experts.
- Collects attendee feedback after each session, turns it into insight for content designers, and documents the delivery process.
What you need
- Has 2+ years in event management, ideally in a corporate or high-growth tech setting.
- Brings roughly a year working in training management or in enablement delivery itself.
- Is fully proficient with delivery platforms such as Zoom and an LMS, plus project management tools.
Good to have
- Has a foundational grasp of adult learning principles.
- Has experience with Mac and Google Workspace.
