Responsibilities
- Execute Korea partner strategy across AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft and their cloud and AI ecosystem partners.
- Recruit and develop partners and prospect, identify, qualify and develop pipeline through cloud providers, AI foundation-model companies and their partners.
- Work with enterprise sales to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual bookings objectives; develop partner sales, presales and delivery capabilities and certifications with cross-functional teams.
What you need
- At least ten years of quota-carrying experience generating pipeline and selling through cloud partners and/or emerging AI-native partners that influence database selection, within a heavy sales matrix.
- Fluent Korean and English.
- Ability to articulate complex enterprise technology’s business value; a track record of exceeding sales targets, building business champions and running complex sales processes.
- Time and resource management, opportunity qualification, fast learning, credibility, self-awareness and high EQ; ability to work in Seoul under the hybrid model.
Good to have
- A sales-driven mindset with demonstrated success from at least three years of direct sales and a bias for action is valued.
- Interest in the AI and database market and MongoDB products; sales-methodology training or experience is a plus.
- Strong local cloud and AI networks, familiarity with databases, AI communities, developers and open source, and ability to turn emerging trends into business opportunities are valued.
