What you need
- Has a university degree or equivalent hands on experience.

- Has led teams through complicated projects while hitting schedule and quality targets.
- Has driven change by building relationships with stakeholders.
Good to have
- Has consulted for banking or securities clients in Taiwan.
- Holds or has deep familiarity with PMI PMBOK or Scrum.
