Responsibilities
- Design scalable, performant applications, systems and infrastructure with MongoDB and advise customers on architecture and optimization.
- Partner with sales on account plans, opportunity qualification and pipeline while owning discovery, demos, proofs of value, presentations, sizing and documentation.
- Generate demand through technical initiatives and events, build customer champions, relay feedback to product, mentor teammates and keep learning.
What you need
- The ideal profile lists a minimum of three years of professional experience with modern scripting languages and/or popular programming languages.
- Ideal qualifications include designing scalable, highly available distributed systems in cloud/on-premise environments and reviewing complex existing customer architecture to recommend improvements.
- The ideal profile includes strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills for technical/business leaders, plus coordination of account strategy and ecosystem resources.
- The ideal profile lists a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and ability to travel up to 25%. Seoul-office hybrid working.
Good to have
- The ideal profile is 12+ years in a related customer-facing role; at least three years of enterprise-software presales is preferred.
- Database sales and/or application deployment with major cloud providers, and database programming and data-model experience may be helpful.
- Data-engineering or AI/ML projects, legacy modernization and knowledge of methods such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message may be helpful.
