Responsibilities
- Help customers design reliable, scalable systems on the MongoDB platform.
- Partner with the sales team and own the technical side of closing deals.
- Review customers' existing architecture with them and recommend improvements.
- Help shape sales strategy and align resources with account plans.
- Generate demand through initiatives such as participating in industry events.
- Build customer relationships and feed field feedback back to the product team.
What you need
- 8-11 years in a customer-facing role, including 3+ years of enterprise software pre-sales.
- 3+ years of hands-on work with scripting languages (Python, Node.js, SQL) or languages such as C, C++, Java or C#.
- Business-level fluency in both English and Thai.
- Able to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Good to have
- Experience selling databases or deploying applications on major cloud providers.
- Experience with database programming and data models.
- Experience in data engineering or AI/ML projects.
- Experience modernizing legacy systems into scalable tech stacks.
- MongoDB certification or a cloud provider certification.
