- Bring technical expertise to sales staff and customers through demos and presentations.
- Pair up with sales to size up customer needs and shape a tailored storage design.
- Architect on-prem or hybrid storage using NAS, SAN, and object storage.
- Spin up quick prototypes that prove a solution actually works for the customer.
- Walk customers through ROI and TCO numbers to make the business case.
- Work with client executives and partner sales teams to shape pursuit strategy.
What you need
- Eight or more years of technical depth in storage products and services.
- Time spent in a solutions engineer, pre-sales architect, or similar storage role.
Good to have
- Specialist knowledge in cloud, AI/ML, databases, microservices, or DevOps helps.
