- Leads the APAC accounts payable team based in Singapore and supports stakeholders across multiple countries.
- Owns invoice processing, dispute resolution, and payments, and sets global payment standards and controls.
- Hires and develops team members, managing performance and career growth.
- Finds process improvement and automation opportunities to build workflows that scale across countries.
- Ensures financial compliance and reduces fraud and operational risk.
- Partners with Engineering, Accounting, Finance, and Tax teams on monthly close and audit support.
What you need
- Has led multi-country teams with strong decision-making under ambiguity.
- Understands SOX compliance rules, GAAP, and the procure-to-pay process.
- Has managed large-scale operations and complex payment processes.
- Is proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Good to have
- Has experience with cloud ERP systems, especially Workday.
