Responsibilities
- Lead Finance and Strategy for the Korea business and act as the key partner to the Korea Leadership Team.
- Turn financial insight into strategic recommendations that shape business decisions.
- Bring together FP&A, Content Finance, and Production Finance teams into one view of the business.
- Partner with Content, Ads, Marketing, Product, and Operations to decide what the country strategy should prioritize.
- Weigh investment opportunities and trade-offs to decide where to put resources.
- Monitor financial, operational, and market risks while spotting growth opportunities.
What you need
- 15+ years of experience in finance, strategy, or business leadership.
- A track record of working directly with senior leaders to influence strategic decisions.
- Professional fluency in both Korean and English.
