- Lead the Korea Production Management team across series, film, and nonfiction productions.
- Make sure every production is delivered on time, on budget, and at the right creative and operational standard.
- Refine title management practices, tools, and workflows so teams and outside vendors can work together smoothly.
- Lead a team of managers and coordinators, giving them clear roles and growth paths and developing them.
- Spot production risks early and address them together with internal and external partners.
- Track industry trends and new tools to raise production quality and efficiency.
What you need
- Have 13+ years of experience in content production or a related entertainment role.
- Have led a studio production team before.
- Can manage several projects at once, from development through delivery.
- Understand VFX and post production processes.
- Have access to a network of reliable vendors and talent.
- Have conversational English proficiency.
