Company
Build the customer’s work in front of them, then sell the seats and agents that sustain it.
Role
Identify prospective customers, qualify their workflow needs and book initial decision-maker meetings.

What you will do

We rewrote the responsibilities and qualifications in plain language instead of copying the original posting.

Responsibilities

  • Identify high-potential accounts and generate qualified workflow-first opportunities with sellers.
  • Use email, phone, LinkedIn and events to reach decision-makers and secure first meetings.
  • Qualify customer fit, intent and workflow fit before handing a build-ready meeting to sellers.
  • Document customer signals, pain, workflow hypotheses and stakeholder context in Salesforce handoffs.
  • Use GTM tools and intent data to prioritize accounts by signals and improve outbound quality.

What you need

  • Fluent Korean and business-level English.
  • Proven outbound pipeline generation, including phone, email and social cold prospecting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication for outreach tailored to the recipient.
  • Quickly assess ideal-customer fit, urgency and readiness for a high-quality first seller conversation.
  • Interest in AI/ML and understanding of API-first or usage-based business models.
  • Sustain active prospecting while prioritizing signals and data rather than volume alone.
  • Be curious and willing to adopt AI tools; deep AI expertise is not the threshold stated for this role.

Good to have

  • Salesforce, Outreach or similar GTM tools.
  • Notion familiarity or productivity, collaboration or workflow-software sales.
  • Fast-paced, metric-driven outbound work with clear pipeline goals.
