Responsibilities
- Lead complex multi-workstream Korea customer implementations from scope and discovery through launch, adoption and handoff.
- Scope Services with account teams, estimate effort and deliver agreed timelines and outcomes; recover troubled engagements.
- Align executives on uncertain, high-stakes decisions through discovery and architecture workshops and clear tradeoffs.
- Design what Notion owns, complements or connects, with production-quality permissions, AI evaluation, human review and operational ownership.
- Coordinate engineers, partners and internal teams; decide when deeper engineering is needed and define scope and handoffs.
- Lead organizational adoption with champions, phased rollout and training to sustain use and measurable value.
- Coach architects and partners and grow Korea Services with reusable architectures, packaged solutions and local training.
- Give Product evidence-backed customer pain, business impact, expected outcomes and frequency from field patterns.
What you need
- 5+ years in technical services, consulting, solutions architecture, implementation, customer engineering or similar customer-facing work.
- Turn uncertain goals into workflows, plans, architectures and measurable success criteria.
- Discover current workflows, pain, operating models and constraints, then define practical future-state solutions.
- Use AI tools to design, prototype, automate or improve real business workflows.
- Have designed and deployed customer AI workflows or agents in production.
- Have technical depth in data modeling, permissions, APIs, integrations, agent evaluation, security, governance and SQL/script data validation.
- Coordinate code-intensive delivery with engineers; the posting expressly separates technical depth from writing production code.
- Deliver adoption, change management and lasting customer value.
- Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, risk, decisions, dependencies and launch readiness.
- Scope Services, estimate effort and deliver within agreed commercial boundaries.
- Explain complex technical concepts in writing and speech to business, technical and executive audiences.
- Build executive trust and advance uncertain decisions with clear tradeoffs and customer judgment.
- Coach consultants or architects and create reusable methods, reference designs or packaged services.
- Act quickly, learn fast and work comfortably in rapidly changing AI-native products.
- Professional fluency in Korean and English.
