Responsibilities
- Leads customers from initial discovery through launch on forward deployed engagements.
- Designs scalable Notion workspaces that reflect customer workflows, permissions, and integration needs.
- Designs and builds AI native workflows using Notion AI, automations, and custom agents.
- Creates adoption plans and training materials that help customers keep using what's built.
- Spots patterns across customer engagements and turns them into templates and reference designs.
- Acts as a trusted advisor who breaks down complex technical requirements simply.
What you need
- Has 5+ years in a customer-facing role such as consulting, solutions architecture, or implementation.
- Has turned vague customer goals into concrete workflows and solution designs.
- Understands APIs, integrations, data models, and automation well enough to spot issues.
- Has driven change management so customers keep using what was implemented.
- Has managed full projects, including timelines, stakeholders, and risk.
- Can communicate directly with customers, partners, and internal teams in Japanese.
Good to have
- Has designed and deployed AI agents or automations with customers.
- Has worked with Notion's API, developer tools, or coding agents.
- Has business level English.
- Has worked with Japanese enterprise customers or knows the Japan market.
