What you will do

Own the hands-on technical delivery of customer projects, from discovery through design to implementation.
Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers make good architecture calls as they embed Notion into their work.
Design and run custom agents, integrations, and data pipelines using APIs and MCP.
Lead large-scale content and data migrations from scoping through validation.
Work directly with customer engineering, IT, security, and business stakeholders to nail down requirements.
Solve tough implementation problems that come up around integrations, permissions, or authentication.

Five or more years working directly with customers to implement technology on-site.
Working proficiency in at least one language such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Hands-on experience with APIs and data integration.
Ability to turn vague requirements into a scoped, executable plan through technical discovery.
Strong debugging skills across code, APIs, and permission or auth issues.

Professional services experience, ideally at a startup or high-growth company, is a plus.
Experience deploying AI agents autonomously in real workflows is a plus.
Experience designing AI-powered workflows involving MCP, LLMs, or RAG is a plus.
Experience supporting pre-sales discovery or migration scoping is a plus.
