Responsibilities
- Owns net revenue growth for the team's book of business, covering execution quality across adoption, value, renewal, and expansion.
- Coaches managers on running AI transformation plans, value reviews, and renewal processes well.
- Builds and runs the team's operating rhythm, including metrics reviews, account support sessions, and renewal risk checks.
- Hires and onboards new team members and gets them certified on the team's methods.
- Works with solutions consulting leaders and the services team on expansion, renewal, and complex implementation needs.
- Reports team and regional status and support needs in leadership meetings.
What you need
- Has frontline management experience running customer facing teams in B2B software.
- Has directly coached teams through discovery, workflow design, adoption, value realization, renewal, and expansion.
- Can review a call, account plan, or value narrative and point out exactly what needs to change.
- Can read account health, renewal risk, and adoption levels across a team and set priorities.
- Has hands on experience with customer discovery, mapping workflows, and turning business problems into adoption plans.
- Has developed talent from hiring through performance management.

- Has managed a consumption based or product led growth business.
- Has built a frontline team into a high performing group from an early stage.
- Has led a team through a change in go to market motion.
- Has handled flat or at risk renewal accounts.
