Responsibilities
- Lead technical partnerships with Korean frontier-model developers and researchers.
- Propose training and optimization with Megatron-LM, Megatron-Bridge, NeMo-RL, NeMo-Gym, TensorRT Model Optimizer and TensorRT-LLM.
- Publish joint results and present at GTC with marketing support; follow NVIDIA and research-community methods.
What you need
- 5+ hands-on years across pre-training, supervised fine-tuning, reinforcement-learning post-training, optimization and evaluation.
- Strong debugging, performance analysis and test-development skills.
- Explain value to technical and nontechnical audiences.
- MS/PhD in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Good to have
- Excellent English communication.
- GPU architecture, server and GPU-network/shared-storage infrastructure understanding.
