- Learn technical features and business value and propose security solutions.
- Support technical colleagues and sales outcomes during the program.
- Architect solutions for each customer’s specific security problems.
- Develop presentation and technical/business discovery skills.
- Support ongoing customer success, adoption and issue resolution.
- Differentiate competitors and document problems integrated solutions can solve.
- Continue learning SASE, XDR, public cloud, security and networking.
- Complete up to 24 months of formal training, labs and projects; JAPAC field placement depends on business needs.
What you need
- Four-year undergraduate degree.
- 1-2 years relevant experience in a similar role.
- Present complex concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Analyze complex problems and create solutions systematically.
- Effective time management and study habits.
- Awareness and desire to learn prevention through automation, cloud, endpoint and network technologies.
Good to have
- Business or technical field of study is preferred.
