Responsibilities
- Give hands-on financial support at global and regional esports events across APAC.
- Build event budgets and keep vendor rate structures standardized.
- Track spending against budget in real time and report on it.
- Help put together post-event financial wrap-up reports.
- Work with finance and legal teams to flag risks early.
- Prepare extra reports for cost comparisons or contract negotiations.
What you need
- Is fluent in both Korean and English.
- Has experience managing budgets, tracking costs, or doing financial analysis.
- Can travel domestically and internationally.
Good to have
- Holds a degree in finance, accounting, or a related business field.
- Has five or more years in production accounting or finance in esports, sports, entertainment, or a media agency.
- Has used media budgeting software such as Movie Magic.
- Has handled tax or regulatory matters for events in Korea or APAC.
