Responsibilities
- Acts as the technical point of contact for assigned clients and confirms campaigns are set up and checked daily.
- Reviews campaign performance metrics daily and flags underperformance before it becomes a bigger problem.
- Sets up campaigns to match client goals and checks tracking code and feed issues.
- Investigates technical problems such as tracking discrepancies or tag drop offs and manages integration with client ecommerce systems.
- Works with account managers, sales, and headquarters technical support to keep service quality high.
- Handles incoming requests through a ticketing system such as Jira within the agreed time frame.
What you need
- Communicates fluently in English.
- Has working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, regex, and URL structures.
- Has used web and network debugging tools such as Chrome DevTools, Postman, or Charles Proxy.
- Can build reports and analyze data in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Understands digital advertising metrics such as ROI, CPC, CPM, SSP, and DSP.
Good to have
- Has worked with ecommerce platforms like GTM, Google Analytics, or Shopify, or mobile measurement tools like AppsFlyer.
- Has run conversion lift, A/B, or incrementality tests.
- Has managed campaign delivery against targets such as CPA or ROAS.
- Is familiar with cookies and tracking concepts.
