- Designs Korean community programs that improve awareness, participation, and return engagement.
- Plans meetups, hackathons, and workshops across logistics, promotion, and partner coordination.
- Recruits local ambassadors and manages their goals and support structure.
- Builds relationships with Web3 creators, AI builders, universities, and student groups.
- Runs conversation and content across Discord, Telegram, Naver Blog, and other Korean channels.
- Tracks membership and engagement and recommends improvements to global marketing partners.
What you need
- Has at least three years in community, developer relations, or event operations.
- Understands Korea's AI and blockchain landscape.
- Has directly managed social channels and improved audience participation.
- Has delivered events from initial concept through on-site execution.
- Works fluently in Korean and professionally in English.
Good to have
- Experience running an AI or Web3 community
- Experience coordinating influencer or media relationships
