We rewrote the responsibilities and qualifications in plain language instead of copying the original posting.
Responsibilities
- Own Speak Korea's B2C marketing strategy and budget end to end, setting direction on audience, messaging and channel mix.
- Manage the full funnel across app and web, growing B2C ARR against the market plan while meeting LTV/CAC goals.
- Hold the number one position in the Education category, aiming for above 50% top-of-mind awareness in the core segment.
- Hire, coach and retain talent across Brand, Growth, Partnerships, B2B and Marketing Design.
- Work with Product to test new acquisition and monetization levers such as freemium variants, family and bundle offers and new activation paths.
What you need
- 12+ years in integrated marketing facing the Korea market, ideally in consumer tech or high-growth startups.
- Proven full-funnel marketing leadership from acquisition to retention, and the ability to judge brand and performance marketing by both qualitative and quantitative measures.
- Analytical and experimentation rigor, including LTV/CAC modeling and channel economics, and the ability to tell genuine results from noise.
- Experience building, coaching and managing marketers and designers of various levels and specialties.

Good to have
- Senior leadership experience (director level or above) at a Series C or similar consumer tech company.
