Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of each project, from understanding what the client needs to scheduling expert calls.
- Cold-call experts across industries, work through objections, and secure their participation.
- Handle several projects and clients at once, working at a fast pace.
- Learn quickly about markets, business models, and regulations.
- Introduce clients to other services too, such as the content library, surveys, advisory, and one-on-one calls.
What you need
- Japanese at JLPT N1 level or above, plus workable English.
- Able to work at least four days a week, five preferred.
- Available for a full-time internship of up to three months.
- Strong communication skills, especially on the phone.
Good to have
- Strong academic record or prior customer-facing experience.
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
