Responsibilities
- Review incoming complaints and AI investigation outputs for freezes, takedowns, recovery, legal process, notifications or closure.
- Catch false positives, merged syndicates and misclassified scam patterns before they propagate.
- Enrich selectors with more than 40 commercial data integrations and maintain clear global handoffs.
- Trace high-priority cases through consolidation wallets to exchanges or other actionable endpoints.
- Respond quickly to complaint surges and live takedowns while learning new crime patterns.
What you need
- Have at least 4 years of public- or private-sector investigative or analytical experience, including hands-on blockchain analysis.
- Have traced funds across chains, attributed addresses and contributed to cases leading to freezes, seizures, arrests or takedowns.
- Use AI tools fluently in daily work and recognize when their outputs are wrong.
- Adapt to changing project scope and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
- The posting lists APAC, Tokyo and Seoul, with local standard hours and EMEA-hours handoff coverage.
- Join a formal weekly on-call rotation for urgent events, with occasional weekend coverage.
