- Installs, configures, tests, and troubleshoots the solution directly in customer environments.
- Performs on-site work such as hardware rack, cable, and label setup, software installs, cluster relocation, and expansions.
- Handles occasional break-fix requests.
- Works with internal teams to give input on product development and process improvement.
- Stays current with industry trends and the latest software releases in AI and storage.
What you need
- Has 5+ years in a similar technical role covering storage technologies such as SAN, NAS, DAS, and cloud storage.
- Has 2+ years of Linux CLI experience.
- Has experience designing and implementing data storage solutions in complex environments.
- Is familiar with virtualization and containerization technologies such as VMware and Docker.
- Is comfortable with networking, switch configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Can safely lift 65 to 90 pounds and travel roughly 75 percent of the time.
