Responsibilities
- Provides technical support to customers on evaluations, benchmarks, configurations, and installs.
- Works with R&D to define product requirements and usability, and writes product specification documents.
- Takes part in shaping sales strategy and owns technical responsibility for customer accounts.
- Shows technical leadership on storage products, distributed architectures, and competitive offerings.
- Builds repeatable architecture blueprints the sales team can bring to customers.
What you need
- Has 5+ years supporting enterprise storage sales to large IT organizations.
- Can perform well in an unstructured environment.
- Can prepare and deliver technical and architecture presentations to customers and trainees.
- Has knowledge of virtualization, high-performance computing, networking, and enterprise security.
- Has strong verbal and written communication skills.
