Responsibilities
- Works alongside senior consultants and project managers to deliver cloud projects for life sciences clients.
- Joins workshops that map out client business processes and gathers requirements.
- Explains complicated client needs and possible solutions to audiences with very different levels of technical understanding.
- Sets up Veeva products to fit each client's needs under a solution architect's direction.
- Helps build and check the system, trains clients, and supports the final go live.
- Puts requirements and design decisions in writing so the project wraps up successfully.
What you need
- Holds a bachelor's degree with a strong record, or has 1 to 2 years of relevant work history, or picked up matching skills through work or self study without a degree.
- Speaks Japanese at a native or fluent level and uses English comfortably for work.
- Manages time well, in person or remotely, to meet deadlines.
- Wants to work in a fast moving, intense environment.
- Is comfortable with common office tools such as G Suite and PowerPoint.
- Has the legal right to work in Japan.
Good to have
- Has an interest in the pharmaceutical field or IT related work.
- Has some programming background.
- Has worked with CRM tools such as Salesforce or document management systems.
- Has experience in community involvement or leadership roles.
