Responsibilities
- Configures and implements Veeva's Commercial solutions (Veeva CRM, Vault CRM, PromoMats, Events Management, etc.) based on requirements-gathering workshops.
- Runs the full implementation project, including workshops, requirements gathering, configuration, validation, migration, integration, training, and go-live.
- Works with customers and teammates in both Japan and other countries.
- Keeps the work aligned with the customer's global governance standards.
- Partners across Product, Strategy, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams.
What you need
- Has spent 4+ years in relevant work, with 2+ years specifically in IT consulting or professional services for regulated industries like banking, insurance, or life sciences, or in a life sciences IT or commercial role.
- Has worked on both the business and IT side implementing, administering, or supporting software solutions.
- Has built workshop materials, training materials, or requirements-gathering sessions with business and system stakeholders.
- Can travel domestically and internationally.
- Communicates in business English and speaks Japanese fluently.
Good to have
- Experience in life sciences with knowledge of promotional materials or commercial excellence is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with systems such as Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault PromoMats, Salesforce, or Oracle is a plus.
- A degree in data analysis, computer science, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience in services delivery management, systems implementation, or project management is a plus.
