Responsibilities
- Lead life-science customers through fast implementation of Veeva Vault Development Cloud in the safety area.
- Manage the whole implementation lifecycle: workshops, requirements gathering, configuration, validation, data migration, integration, training, and go-live.
- Work with customers and teammates from kickoff through adoption, aligning business processes with system design.
- Partner with the project manager on communication, risk, and reporting.
- Work together with Product, Strategy, Sales, and other teams.
- Stay focused on customer success from start to finish.
What you need
- Experience handling documents and data in the life sciences industry.
- Experience in pharmacovigilance or running day-to-day operations on safety systems.
- Able to travel domestically and internationally.
- Fluent in both Japanese and English.
Good to have
- Experience supporting business or IT teams through software implementation or operations.
- Hands-on experience with safety-related systems such as Oracle Argus, ArisG, or Veeva Vault.
- A degree in life sciences, computer science, or a related field.
- Experience validating systems in a SaaS or cloud environment.
- Experience seeing a service through to completion, or managing system implementation and projects.
