- Help both large pharma companies and small biotech clients adopt Veeva Link into their daily work.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at customer companies.
- Train end users and lead change management to raise adoption.
- Track and report on how well each customer is using Link.
- Answer customer questions and demo the latest features.
- Take part in presales activities to support the team.
What you need
- Has 3+ years of experience in medical, commercial, data analytics, or another life sciences industry role.
- Is proficient in both Japanese and English.
Good to have
- Has worked as an MSL or MR, including key opinion leader management.
- Has experience delivering end-user training or presales demo sessions.
- Has project management skills.
