- Help customers embed Link into daily workflows and run tailored training.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the technical consultant integrating Link data into Veeva CRM.
- Drive change management and user training to raise customer engagement.
- Report Link adoption progress and health checks back to customers.
- Prepare product demos and support presales activity.
What you need
- 3+ years in medical, commercial, or data analytics roles within life sciences.
- Proficient in both Japanese and English.
- Strong customer facing and relationship building skills.
Good to have
- Experience as an MSL or MR including KOL management.
- Experience delivering end user training or presales demos.
- Project management capability.
