Responsibilities
- Stay current on new features across the Veeva product suite and help implement them.
- Work closely with customers' business and IT staff to understand their requirements.
- Design solutions customers ask for, as well as ones they haven't asked for but may need.
- Act as a liaison between implementation and maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and internal product teams.
- Guide customers in adopting Veeva products and industry best practices through post-implementation programs.
- Lead change management for customers moving from on-premises to SaaS solutions.
What you need
- Have 3+ years of experience in system operations and maintenance through direct client communication.
- Be native-level in spoken and written Japanese.
- Be able to read and write English documents with the help of a translation tool.
- Be able to accurately identify customer requirements and meet them or propose alternatives.
Good to have
- Experience configuring, supporting, or implementing CRM tools like Salesforce, or content management tools like SharePoint or Documentum, is a plus.
- Java experience is a plus.
- About 4 years of experience in the life sciences industry or at a technology vendor serving it is a plus.
- Presentation skills are a plus.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
