Responsibilities
- Provide post-go-live administrative support for multiple clients.
- Configure users and groups, document types, lifecycles, workflows, notifications, and security.
- Handle bulk import and export of content and data.
- Deliver ad hoc training for users and administrators.
- Analyze and roll out new product features.
- Maintain production and sandbox environments and execute customer change requests.
What you need
- Experience configuring, supporting, or implementing content management software.
- Customer service or consulting experience.
- Ability to quickly understand client requirements and propose solutions.
- Experience working remotely and independently to support clients.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Good to have
- Project management experience.
- System administration experience.
- Understanding of life sciences content management principles and taxonomies.
- Understanding of life sciences compliance and system validation requirements.
- Experience with Veeva Vault or similar content management systems.
