Responsibilities
- Design an operating model for reusing global content at the local level.
- Run business assessments for new system builds or consolidation programs.
- Build out content operations such as planning, digital asset management, and metadata standards.
- Set direction and key metrics to improve efficiency across the whole content lifecycle.
- Build and run communication and change management programs around new system rollouts.
What you need
- Ten or more years at a management consulting firm or ad agency.
- Industry background and experience in commercialized products or brand management.
- Solid consulting fundamentals: workshop facilitation, client presentations, and project management.
- Able to communicate effectively in both English and Japanese.
- Able to travel roughly 60 percent of the time.
- Must hold a valid working visa in Japan.
Good to have
- Experience working with SaaS solutions.
- Fluency in multiple Asian languages.
