Responsibilities
- Research customers and the market to understand the user journey and feed it into the product.
- Map out where the product should go over the near and long term, market by market across Southeast Asia.
- Find new data sources and partnerships that strengthen the product.
- Guide the product development team on the roadmap and quality bar, and drive execution.
- Engage directly with customers to show the product's value and help them succeed with it.
- Actively contribute to building the commercial pipeline.
What you need
- Have 3+ years of experience in product management or consulting.
- Have experience running projects with Agile or Scrum.
- Have strong analytical skills and database knowledge.
- Understand the local healthcare market.
- Communicate fluently in English.
Good to have
- Management consulting experience is a plus.
- Experience with master data management is a plus.
- Experience with SQL or PostgreSQL is a plus.
- Experience in pharma company sales effectiveness, marketing, or IT is a plus.
- Exposure to Salesforce CRM is a plus.
