Responsibilities
- Set up and launch Veeva Vault Development Cloud quickly, handling data and document management for the Safety area.
- Own the whole rollout arc: workshops, gathering requirements, configuring and validating the system, migration and integration, training, and the go live itself.
- Work with customers and teammates from kickoff through adoption, aligning process to system design.
- Work alongside the project manager, who owns communication, risk, and reporting across the project team, the customer, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, strategy, sales, and other departments.
- Stay accountable for customer satisfaction through the whole engagement.
What you need
- Knows how document and data get collected and stored within life sciences work.
- Experience with business or IT groups in implementation, administration, or support of software solutions.
- Experience creating or leading workshops, training sessions, or requirements gathering meetings.
- A track record leading high impact system rollouts with diverse stakeholders and keeping them satisfied.
- Able to travel domestically and internationally.
- Fluent in English and Japanese.
Good to have
- Has hands on experience with life science systems like Veeva Vault, Medidata Rave, BioClinica CTMS, goBalto, or Oracle Siebel.
- A degree in life sciences, computer science, or a related field.
- Has worked with SaaS or cloud systems and understands how validation works for them.
- Experience in services delivery management, systems implementation, or project management.
