Responsibilities
- Run Korea go-to-market execution for QualityOne across manufacturing customers such as cosmetics, food and beverage, and chemicals.
- Create localized content and sales enablement material, including Korean whitepapers, executive presentations, and campaign messaging.
- Plan and run field programs such as executive roundtables, webinars, and association events.
- Work with sales to prioritize target accounts and improve conversion from lead to pipeline.
- Build market awareness through Korean-language content, trade media, associations, and customer events.
- Manage campaign operations, budget, and reporting using tools such as HubSpot.
What you need
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in Korea in enterprise software, SaaS, or manufacturing technology.
- Experience building demand for a new product or market with little existing brand awareness.
- Strong enough Korean writing skills to produce executive-level content.
- Able to collaborate in English.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Good to have
- Experience marketing to regulated industries such as cosmetics, food and beverage, and chemicals.
- Familiarity with QMS, document control, supplier quality, ERP, or audit-related workflows.
- Experience as an early or founding marketer for a global B2B SaaS company in Korea.
- An existing network with Korean cosmetics brand owners, OEM/ODMs, associations, or manufacturing technology partners.
