- Work with account partners to identify a customer's business challenges and regulatory needs.
- Build and present demos, workshops, and conference room pilots that show the solution's value.
- Lead the technical side of the sales cycle, including RFP and RFI responses.
- Keep demo environments configured with the latest features.
- Work across teams to help customers succeed after they buy in.
- Represent the company through content and conference talks.
What you need
- Has five or more years in the LIMS field, such as lab quality operations, LIMS implementation or consulting, or work at a lab software vendor.
- Has two or more years in software pre-sales or implementation consulting for life sciences companies.
- Speaks English at a professional working level.
Good to have
- Understands SaaS or cloud solutions.
- Has a background in pharmaceutical quality work.
- Has done software demos or pre-sales work before.
