Responsibilities
- Works with sales partners to understand each customer's business challenges and regulatory needs.
- Designs and runs demos and workshops that show how Veeva Quality solutions drive business value and compliance.
- Leads the technical side of sales, including expert responses to RFPs and RFIs.
- Maintains Veeva Quality demo environments and keeps them updated with the latest features.
- Creates content and speaks at events to build the company's presence.
What you need
- Has 5 plus years in life sciences quality, including QA/QC, quality consulting, or a quality software vendor.
- Has hands on experience with digital quality solutions such as TrackWise, Documentum, or MasterControl.
- Has 2 plus years in software pre sales or implementation consulting for life sciences.
- Speaks English at a professional working level.
- Can travel about 30 to 40 percent for customer visits.
Good to have
- Understanding of SaaS and cloud solutions and technology is a plus.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical QC lab workflows and LIMS is a plus.
- Prior pre sales experience demonstrating software is a plus.
