Responsibilities
- Own technical discovery, solution strategy, demo design, and technical validation across the sales cycle.
- Turn quality, document control, and supplier governance problems from regulated manufacturers such as cosmetics, food and beverage, and chemical companies into QualityOne solution designs.
- Prepare and deliver demos tailored to different Korean manufacturers.
- Lead or support RFI and RFP responses and technical discussions on architecture, integration, and security or compliance.
- Explain how QualityOne fits alongside existing systems such as ERP, MES, PLM, and LIMS.
- Share Korea market requirements and competitive insight with global product and services teams.
What you need
- Bring 5+ years working in Korea across solution consulting, pre sales engineering, solution architecture, or implementation consulting.
- Have worked with enterprise SaaS or compliance related software such as QMS, document management, PLM, ERP, MES, or LIMS.
- Can present business needs clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
- Have native level Korean and working level English.
- Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Good to have
- Have direct experience with QMS, document control, audit management, supplier quality, or PLM solutions.
- Have supported regulated manufacturers such as cosmetics, food and beverage, or chemical companies.
- Know manufacturing quality or regulatory frameworks such as Korea MFDS, US MoCRA, GMP, HACCP, or ISO.
- Have worked as an early solution consultant for a global SaaS company in Korea.
