- Build customer AI agents and integrations and own testing, launch, monitoring and improvement.
- Improve the platform with Product and Engineering and turn deployment lessons into reusable tools.
What you need
- At least five years building software or solving complex technical problems.
- Software architecture, system design and production-engineering foundations plus APIs, integrations, data flows and distributed systems.
- Direct work with customer operations and technical stakeholders and the ability to structure ambiguous problems.
Good to have
- Forward-deployed, solutions-engineering, consulting or customer-facing technical experience.
- AI agents, workflow automation or conversational systems and familiarity with LLM evaluation, observability and production reliability.
- Deploying and improving systems in complex enterprise environments.
