Responsibilities
- Design and build full-stack applications that power the core product.
- Build fast, responsive interfaces with React.
- Develop event-driven backend services in Go.
- Build scalable microservices that run on Docker and Kubernetes.
- Own your code in production, monitoring issues and fixing them.
- Join an on-call rotation to support live systems when incidents happen.
What you need
- Have 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Have strong React and modern frontend skills.
- Have solid backend experience in Go or a similar language.
- Understand microservices, distributed systems, and event-based communication well.
- Have used container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and Docker.
- Speak Japanese and English at a business level.
Good to have
- Have experience building mobile apps with React Native.
- Have a background in gaming, payments, or commerce systems.
- Have hands-on experience with Kafka or a similar streaming platform.
- Have worked with Redis or another in-memory data store.
- Have worked with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
