- Serve as the technical point of contact who turns local partner requests into clear requirements.
- Design and build webpages and web applications that support the partner's business needs.
- Manage and grow a small team of engineers based in other regions.
- Work with business, BD, and product stakeholders so technical delivery matches partner needs.
- Drive good practice in code quality, delivery timelines, and engineering process.
What you need
- Ten or more years of overall technical or engineering experience.
- Three or more years leading engineers or an engineering team.
- Fluent in both Japanese and English.
- Experience building and maintaining webpages and web applications.
- Experience managing teams spread across regions.
Good to have
- Experience in adtech or monetization platforms is a strong plus.
- Background in payments, gaming, or digital commerce.
- Experience working with global, cross-functional engineering organizations.
