Responsibilities
- Assess partner engineers and technical leaders and build their skills through workshops, hands-on labs, architecture sessions, demonstrations, certifications and technical coaching.
- Work alongside partners on customer engagements, coaching discovery, positioning, architecture, demos and proof-of-value so they move from Zscaler-assisted to partner-led.
- Work with Channel, Sales and Solutions Engineering to align technical investment with strategic partners and build repeatable technical propositions.
- Lead technical conversations as a trusted advisor across Zero Trust, SSE/SASE, cloud and data security, identity and AI security.
- Capture technical feedback, competitive insights and emerging customer requirements from the Korean market and pass them to APJ and global teams.
What you need
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML and experience using, securing or positioning AI-driven solutions.
- Strong experience in cybersecurity, networking, cloud security or enterprise infrastructure, ideally in presales, solutions engineering, consulting or a technical partner role.
- Proven experience working with distributors, resellers, system integrators, MSSPs, service providers or technology alliance partners.
- Deep understanding of modern security architectures including Zero Trust, SSE/SASE, cloud security, data protection and identity security.
- Hands-on ability in solution architecture, demonstrations, workshops and proof-of-value, with native Korean fluency and strong business English.
Good to have
- A track record of enabling partner technical teams to architect, deploy and secure enterprise AI workloads, GenAI applications and LLM integrations within zero-trust frameworks.
- Experience building technical capabilities in the Korean partner ecosystem, developing partner-delivered services or driving partner-led customer engagements.
- Familiarity with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud and how modern applications and AI workloads are deployed in enterprises.
